Gary and Victor from Greenworks were extremely thorough in attempting to understand the issues we were having in our attic with airflow and mold. When they determined that the mold remediation was a bigger problem than they originally assumed via our phone discussion, they immediately decided to discuss further options and recommended having a roofer examine the issue as well to make sure we determined the correct root cause of the problem. I received my deposit back right away and Gary followed up with other recommendations of changes to make throughout the home to combat moisture. Although we did not end up using Greenworks services because our roofer was able to solve the problem, I would definitely contact them in the future and would recommend them to others.
Client reached out to us with concerns of mold in the attic. Upon inspection it was recommended that roof repairs should be made prior to remediation. New home construction on scrape off lot. Basement showing signs of pooling in one corner where contractor assurances of corrective action not well received. basement foundation is masonary block with a 4" concrete poured floor. Two (2) sump pumps connect sub-slab drainage perimeter drain. Footing drain discharges to street storm sewer. Gutter not yet installed on home where client wants to be sure no issues before completing construction. Architects plan provided where soil logs to be obtained. Discussed some possible scenarios involving missing gutter and false water table around foundation.
